Didn’t have one. Had 4 pints and a can before the game, went home in a huff after it, took the kids to the sanddancer and had some bait and a glass of win. Got bollocked off the manager for the kids having their Sunderland tops on.

Up fresh as a daisy yesterday for a day at Seaham hall spa.

A couple of my mates did 9am to 1.30am. I saw one of them yesterday afternoon and he looked like he’d been at the Somme.

4 pints on the afternoon, 6 bottles and a whisky on the night.

Felt rough in the morning, coffee and a wee fryup later and I was much better.
