Been held up as some sort of genius now after winning two games.....If he is a genius then he is one we hounded out.......Ross currently shite as got two draws, if we hound him out, get someone else worse and Ross goes on to do well the same people slagging him off now will be saying he is a brilliant manager and should have been given more time....They are honestly not a full shilling.

Didnt Chris Coleman end up doing worst after we sacked Grayson or certainly no better....We certainly finished bottom so I guess there was no manager bounce.

He wasn’t who we needed at the time. He may not be shite, but he was very uninspiring. At the time, we needed a big personality after Moyes to try and lift spirits, similar to how Keane and Reid did. Grayson wasn’t that man

The underlying problem at SAFC has been the recruitment. No plan, no vision, no long term thinking. Whether it’s in the top flight, second or third division; it’s same old, same old. Journeymen, rejects, loanees and stop gaps to ‘do a job’. Until we change our recruitment approach, we can expect more of the same.
