I love a bit of steak but in an effort to be more ecologically sensible I have cut back on how much steak I have and have pork or lamb more instead.

Fair enough, I have one now and again but I get cockly if there's gristly bits, it proper sickens me

I love the fatty bits if they're properly rendered. Not so much gristle though... what cut are you getting?

I like sirloin but I like fatty steak.... it shouldn't have gristle in it. Maybe try flash frying it for a minute on each side then finish in the oven to render the fat fully

I can do the alphabet but that is just annoying for everyone. I am intrigued by the way sign language doesn't go word for word when in use. There is a more generic approach language when signing.
We used sign language to let each other know if our parents were about to go. We'd sign growly face.
When we were older we'd chat in Italian to get round the oldies.
