Going to see Elvis Costello and the Imposters in a couple of weeks..Cracking name for his band....but I keep thinking of Jones, Rodwell etc..

Electricity should not be wasted on frivolous uses in my personal opinion. They are extremely powerful lights and would therefore cost a fair bit to run and for what real gain? If we are going to do it then do it for an hour or so before midweek games and for an hour after the game if we win. Not every bloody night.

Not a chance. It will be at least 2024 before you see Oasis
 
Mini festivals are the way forward. 80s, 90s, Punk, Ska, loads of options. Why not offer the stadium to already organised festivals to branch out into under their brand. Download North, etc.

I had a class day and witnessed no bother at all !
Went to sland with lads I grew up with who are skunks ,so it was quite nice we could all go out together

We had a cracking sesh, there's always the odd dickhead or two at a gig but there weren't any around us that day.
 
Iron Maiden would fill it if the SoL was one of only a few UK dates, same with Metallica, AC/DC, KISS, Green Day, Muse, Radiohead. Oasis reunion would fill it, as would The Stone Roses. I'd like to see a mini festival with decent bands on all day of varying genres - that would fill it too.

hopefully you'll get a deal like we have where season ticket holders get priority on tickets (we get them a day before any other sales)

we have that, so far this summer at London Stadium I have seen Rolling Stones and Liam Gallagher, my mates mrs is going to Beyonce and Jay-Z and then I have Foo Fighters next week
 
they should definitely be brought back for the summer months , 3 or 4 , creates alot of money for local economy and if the right act is a cracking day out
