I agree with that, it's a lost cause now and nothing much will change that, but he has been booed pretty much since he signed.

Who is to say that if he hadn't been booed he might have had more confidence and changed some games this season? Far fetched yes but I can say with some confidence that if he had been supported he would have been better than he has been. It doesn't take a psychologist to know that if you are getting pelters then you will lose some interest.

Bollocks, I've seen every home game this season and I've never seen him booed or singled out. Plenty people moan when players loose the ball but no one has been roundly booed at matches. Don't try blaming the fans just because he's not that good.
 
He's an absolute joke of a professional footballer, the bloke looked knackered just jogging onto the pitch.

Don't understand the booing of Gibson.

Has played a lot of games at the top level for Man United and Everton, clearly well past his best and not good enough for the Premier League anymore but it wasn't his decision to bring him in.

Even if so, he's he joined a struggling team and never really stood a chance. Not his fault he's been put in the worst side in the league.

spoke to a lad last week who works and his mate drinks with Gibson and he's of the opinion that he's staying next season because the words used were ''who would want me?' :shock:

My post to @Joker was a joke and given his username I expect he understands that.

You, on the other hand, don't seem to understand much at all. You seem intent on 'winning' some non-existent argument. Good luck to you and maybe do something productive on your Sundays from now on instead of whinging to me on here.

Yeah on a stream. Can't remember who it was to mate, maybe Larsson? . Jogged on and said with a smirk/nervous smile "I'm getting booed". You didn't get to see the other players reaction.
