GIbson "I'm getting booed"

Our post to like ratio suggests otherwise fren ;)

And that's my point, booing someone because they aren't good enough is pointless and counter productive. Do you go to the match and if so do you boo 90% of the players at all times? Or at least when they are subbed on? Just wondering why our booboys are not very consistent.
I have never booed a player. I have never shouted at a player, If I think a player us a waste of space I might mention it to my company but that us it.
If younger lads want to boo Gibson because of a lack of effort then that's okay by me.I wouldn't do it.
As for like ratio, feckin ell I couldn't be arsed looking. I have never noticed you before, you are that good.

Might have already been said but....HE'S not the one getting booed. It's Moyes for making such a bad substitution.

He brought the youngsters and should have put them on. Simple as that.

He has been atrocious since signing. Yet another player who feels he owes the club and fans nothing. He has zero ambition, no commitment and is happy to show up and do the bare minimal. He's exactly what we don't need and you have to question Moyes yet again in thinking he would be capable of doing a job for us. Yet another pathetic signing from a manager who is way out of his depth.

He was getting boo'd TBf.

Not sure what he was supposed to say? 'I'm not getting boo'd'? That would have been ridiculous

I didn't start the thread to say he was a disgrace for saying it. Just thought it was interesting to see a player recognise (and say something) about it.

I spend most of my time on the SMB forum mate. I'm not one for being controversial usually which is why you haven't noticed me.

I noticed you mainly for your cantankerous bellendery if you pardon the phrase in lieu of something more accurate.

I was booing the decision rather than him. You have 3 kids on the bench (2 who havent played before) If you want to make a sub bring one of them on. If not dont bring anyone one
Harsh to boo him tbh. He's poor but he's been here 5 minutes, there's a few in line before him that deserve some shit.

So he's the only shit player? Because he is the only one who has been booed while coming onto the pitch this season. If it was about him being shit then why not boo all of them like little bairns at the school Christmas play?

It's not about him being shit, and if it was then that's also f***ing embarrassing because he can't help it if he is shit can he? So booing him is childish and idiotic in equal measure.

Wow. Who gives a fuck if it is childish? Much of the stuff that goes on among the crowd in terms of chants/singing and supporting the team kind of is really if you think about it.

I'm not sure if I'd even bother booing him, or anyone. But I'd certainly like to get my point accross in some way as Gibson and the signing of him represent the very worst of this club this season and Moyes' management and if I felt at the end of a season of pathetic showings that booing was the way to highlight it, then I think those who did have every right and it's not childish or idiotic. OR we could follow you and give him a nice clap onto the field.

I wasn't there but I'd imagined that to be the case.

I don't applaud him because he is shite. I don't boo him because it is childish and counter productive.

I'd more likely boo the arseholes like Kone who couldn't give a shite about the club despite having ability. Booing players who aren't good enough instead is ridiculous.

Counter productive? We were what two or three one down towards the end of the game against the champions and we're already relegated. We'd already took the piss on 26 mins - it was almost a testimonial for a while. If there was a time or a place where it was ok to get your point accross in anyway you want to without doing any real harm (except to one or two egos) the last few weeks and today were it.
