Before my last eye test my opticians closed down and i ended up at specsavers. It`s now time to renew mine and wasn`t over impressed with spec savers so whos any good? vision express or boots or someone? Bearing in mind apart from last time i`ve only ever used Bramwells when i lived up home and the local lad down here and havent got a clue about which firm is which.

Never had any issue with Specsavers.

Test your eyes, buy some gegs then go and pick them up. Not really sure what there is or isn't to be impressed about?

I was a customer of specsavers sunderland for years but wouldn't use them ever again.
Although the store manager denies anything has changed i honestly believe they have changed where the get them manufactured.
I personally know of five people who have had terrible service regarding quality and vow never to go back, things like incorrect presciptions fitted, poor quality assembly and generally p*** poor customer service.

For an eye test they're all much of a muchness. Just take your prescription and order the glasses online.
