The whole O9 debate happens because he’s out of his depth. People like him and that clouds judgement but he’s not a prem defender. Our defence was shocking tonight but they are still light years ahead of Luke O’Nien. If we’re to kick on he needs to be moved on.
 
Talbi on the left and that lets us put Enzo back in the middle where hes at his best too. Wasted out wide for me. Diarra needs taking out, wasted his moment on Sunday and then really poor tonight.

Cause it coincides with Diarra coming back after AFCON and Le Fee being pushed left. Simple as that. Not saying it's right.

Started 10 of the 13 games before and including that Brentford game and has only started 4 of the last 14 in the league since then. Has clearly fallen out of favour since then for whatever reason, and it does seem bizarre how he hasn't played a minute since the derby considering how well he played.

He shouldn't be. RLB tried playing him there earlier in the season didn't work and it won't because he is not a winger. Xhaka was telling him to go wide tonight but just ended inside. He was not the only one but a couple of attempted crosses were awful early on. People (rightly) have a go at Talbi defensively but Rigg is any better.
For RLB he is like Hume and not playing Getruida, he will go on about learning but he never does, just more bs.

From what I’ve seen he’s just not that great, Jack of all trades, master of none.

Can play Right back but not as good as Nordi, can play Centre back but not as good as Ballard and Alderete, can play CDM but not as good as Xhaka or Sadiki.

I’m not saying he’s shit, just not going to be first choice in any of his positions.

Wouldn’t be paying 20 million for him personally.

I mean he’s not, and tonight shouldn’t have started because he doesn’t get in ahead of Nordi, Alderete, or Ballard. But he’s better than O’Nien. The thread was meant in general over the season.
