Geertruida and Talbi


There were rumours that there had been a bit of a fall-out between Geertruida and Le Bris after the Brentford game, and he does seem to have fallen noticeably out of favour since then.

Not sure why Talbi hasn't been given more of a go since he's come back from AFCON though. Yes he's still very raw but think he's clearly our most effective option on the left.

Clearly Gerty has let Ghisolfi know he isn’t staying and therefore we’re prioritising other players game time/development, which I don’t mind, but the Talbi one is baffling.

Gerty wasn’t prioritised before this hypothetical discussion, and that decision would ironically be made because he’s not been given a run after good performances.

After the mags game just dropped and can’t even get on for more than 5 mins near the end of games.

Tbf he was no worse than the others tonight…I’m pleased he didn’t play because he would have got the brunt of it from a few
 
Genuinely don’t think I’ve been that impressed by Geertruida once this season me, Talbi should feel hard done to though, deserves more game time though I do believe he’s a very good impact sub… problem is we don’t have any better wingers to start before he can come on and impact the game 😂

Huge fallling out…..yet still gets in the squad and has started games since then.
