Frank lampard. Stevie G or Jack Ross

Jack Ross as he will build foundations from the academy to first team.
Stevie G & Lampard will feel they need to hit the ground running as it’s their first gigs and the spotlight will be on them.
Wish them both well but over the moon with Jack and his philosophies.
 
Ross. Great players don't necessarily make great managers which applies to the other 2.

However if it was between Gerrard and Lampard I'd have the latter
 
Gerrard all day long, the media would be all over us and that would only be good for safc and its appeal to others who are not in love with the club like our supporters
 
If Terry does go to Derby how much will lampard and him be on?

£200 grand a week in total?
 
I think Lampard will make a very good manager. He made the most of his talent and seems ambitious and intelligent. If he’s got any man management skills and builds a good team around him he’ll do very well.
Gerrard is a bit to egotistical for my liking. Can’t see him having any sort of managerial career.
None of us really know about Jack Ross. I’m hopeful but no idea what he’ll be like.

Think about the recent managers with loss of media attention. Did us no good at all
 
I would have given Lampard a chance wouldn’t have touched Gerrard as thinks he’s bound to fail and I’d never heard of Ross before he was appointed our manager.

So why don't people only recruit novices straight out of school? You need a heart transplant sir, we could get a very experienced transplant surgeon to do it but we think experience is over rated so you're going to get a paramedic to do the op instead.
