I was there..thought they were fantastic..first time in my 60 years of being on the balcony for a rock show...never again. The Cult tonight for me. Really looking forward to it!
Here for a sold out little comets gig, band class but the venue is shocking.Bass player for Greep rocking the 99/00 Reg Vardy away top tonight at the Clunya shame he ruined it by happily playing along to Local Hero mind the wrongun.
Cluny’s always a nightmare when it’s sold out like. Can’t go for a pint cos you’ve got no chance of getting back on the floor. Really good gig mind.
Hugely underated. Always saw them when they were anywhere near. Had tickets for Glasgow but it got cancelled. I hope to see them at least once more.Blue Aeroplanes - for more times than I can remember
My attitude is to see these bands now that I've loved for the last 45+ years..they'll all be retired before long..in December I'm going to see the Damned in Newcastle..my 44th anniversary of first seeing them.Got a few lined up before Christmas
Mercury Rev - Sunday
Gurriers - Bommy night
Porridge Radio for the third time
Blue Aeroplanes - for more times than I can remember
The Horrors - probably third or fourth time
Really good to hear Cheesy Feet still going at 60 , only 58 myself. Have started taking the kids to the odd gig to indoctrinate them - Bob Vylan last week - top lads as always.

Lead singer was telling a story how the band nearly split up at a gig in Houghton, then said I should say Sunderland. Here for a sold out little comets gig, band class but the venue is shocking.

Lucky buggerNick Cave tomorrow with my boy in Leeds
That`s the best show I`ve seen from The Cult since the 80`s. They were well up for it and the crowd were really lively too. I think Astbury and Duffy were genuinely surprised.I was there..thought they were fantastic..first time in my 60 years of being on the balcony for a rock show...never again.
Indeed. You off as a punter or interviewing?Indeed - but he is the most important member. Y&T should have been much, much bigger.
