a shame he ruined it by happily playing along to Local Hero mind the wrongun.
Cluny’s always a nightmare when it’s sold out like. Can’t go for a pint cos you’ve got no chance of getting back on the floor. Really good gig mind.

I can see what you mean. The band always went down well up here. used to get played a lot in the Rock clubs and on the Hot and Heavy Express show on Metro Radio.
Just got tickets for Mark Eitzel at Gosforth Civic Hall in April. One of my all time favourite gigs was American Music Club touring Mercury at the Riverside. If you were there, it's probably one of your favourites too.

Where did you pick that one up? Doesn't seem to be on GCT's website yet. Saw AMC at Glastonbury many years ago, and Mark more recently at EOTR and the Cluny, but still 10 years ago or so.
They have some great gigs coming up there - have tickets for Delines, Danny & The Champions Of The World and Alabaster Deplume (acquired taste!).

I thought it was a great gig tbf. Each to their own though.
It is the Civic Theatre. I got the name wrong. Seen a few people there; it's canny.
Definitely on sale with wegottickets and only around £20. I really would recommend. He has a great voice and is very funny, in a dark, trampy sort of way.

I probably needed to get more familiar with the album to get more out of the gig. Thought Holy, Holy was fantastic.
Half way through Australian Pink Floyd in Blackburn tonight.
Excellent so far, although anything written by Gilmour after The Wall is shopping mall Muzak and shite. Thankfully not much of it so far.
