Just echoing what others have said, I seen a few clips of the arena gig, but they’d done the whole wor flags thing. It appeared to have a very heavy football slant on it.

My pet hate, at gigs is the whole “toon toon” chant between songs when there’s absolutely no relevance to football. This has opened the doors massively to football.

I can only imagine, it’ll be like a Newcastle home match in parts with Sam Fender doing a gig.

I’ll guess it’ll break any kind of record for football shirts at a music gig.

Yeah its looks like it is going to be a canny day of sunshine, Looking at schedule Madness are not due on until 20:30 so plenty tine to enjoy the team drinks around boro before paying the prices in the gig

Yeah it seems like they're mixing it up every day. I hope we're lucky enough to get My Propeller rather than Star Treatment which they seem to mix up each night. If you're standing it's cash only at the bars but if you're seated you can use card
 
So...... this Saturday: Pink at the SOL, Fender at the Landfill and I'll be at the Fire Station for George Lamb! Public transport looks like a nightmare so will probably have to drive over.

A) Based on previous gigs - Beyonce in particular - anyone got any idea if there are parking restrictions in the streets around the back of the Uni/Isis and off Hylton Road - where there are normally restrictions on match days.

B) What time do the SOL shows actually finish? Fire Station gigs usually don't go much past 10 so hoping I could make a hasty exit towards the A19.

Saw something about bars around the pitch / standing area being cash only but concourse bars were card as well. I assume we can use both?

They teased the intro to Certain Romance the other night, I’d love it if they chucked that in tonight

Yeah on the pitch is cash only but concourse can use both I think.

I’d be over the moon if they chucked that in like!!!
