Forthcoming gigs.

Not sure whether it is allowed on here (Mods feel free to delete) but if anyone needs a less than face value ticket to The Libertines at Stockton on 18th November, I have a spare. It is front row in the lower balcony. No booking fees or owt. £40. PM for details.

W.H. Lung and Deadletter in November at Cluny worth a look. Two separate gigs

Apparently I now have a ticket for WH Lung courtesy of @Twisted but not too smitten with Deadletter so far. It's also the day before Bug Club which doesn't help my motivation.

Still, it might happen as November is a bit patchy - only 7 gigs atm. I've got 6 in 8 days later this month - at my age!?

Are you coming to the bug club then? that's the one at cluny rather than pop recs isn't it.

deadletter are canny, both they and life have a very similar energy coming off the front man and a good sound. probably won't bother either mind as the cluny twice in 2 days is a bit much

When and where are Life playing? I can only see Hull on their website.

In the next 28 days I have Hyde and beast, punk rock factory and Nick Cave. I think the only other thing confirmed this year is The Chameleons in December. Need to get more stuff booked in chur.

i had tickets for lincoln and sheffield as well as amsterdam to see new model army but they've had to postpone the tour till next year as the drummer (michael dean) has serious trouble with his arm. it's canny serious as i've never known them cancel shows in all the years of going to their gigs.
not too bothered about the uk ones but i'm canny gutted about the one in amsterdam. never seen them abroad before and was really looking forward to it.

Yes (please!), and yes.
I've only got my own ticket (for both cluny and pop recs) though, ive bought pairs for wh lung, porridge radio and she drew the gun

Edit: i assume you're going to say she she rather than porridge radio?

I am. Was torn, but not keen on the Uni as a venue.

The Bobster and I have Cluny tix for Bug Club.

C2C tickets purchased for the Friday night at Glasgow, Saturday tickets sold out within 20 mins which is ridiculous, damn ticket touts.
