Forthcoming gigs.

It was great. Know there is plenty on here who will slate them like especially after Glasto, but it was a good gig, in a good venue, in a good city. My son is 12 and in to them, so gave me the perfect excuse to go again and he was buzzing. Played about 30 songs, all of them around 60 year old and still putting on a great show.

Pleased to read that. I've got a daughter who is crackers about them and we're seeing them this weekend.

I'm looking forward to The Darkness and The Pretenders as well.

Off to see Molly Hatchet at Bradford Nighttrain. Despite having liked them for 45 years I have never got round to see them. Not many of originals there now but looking forward to it as it is definitely one off the bucket list.

Anybody been to that venue before?

I`d like to have seen them too but I don`t think there`s any original members left now. There might be one or two from the 80`s line-up which I suppose equates to almost 40 years in the band. I`d go and see them if they played up here.

Class.

Imagine being in school and being able to say you've seen Guns N' Roses man. Was almost unthinkable back when we were in Kepier listening to Appetite and that.
I know I'm going tomorrow I still can't believe I'm seeing them live after all this time. We'd jump about as kids in primary school in the late 80s listening to their music. It's like the soundtrack of my preteens, having three of the band together is really amazing and worth the little fortune I've spent on tickets train and hotel.

I wish I was going tomorrow now. Held off as the SoL was apparently in the works and I'm already down there next week for Springsteen.

Gutted I didn’t get boss tickets was hoping to get abroad to see him again but didn’t commit and ended up missing out everywhere, within reason.

Cracking show by Iron Maiden in Leeds last night - Bruce Dickinson`s air raid siren voice was phenomenal. Amazing how many different nationalities were there from South Americans, Greeks, New Zealanders and tons of European`s - a few from Yorkshire too.
