The thing is if the concrete temperature isn't expected to drop below zero it's a waste of money spraying everywhere. I'm sure ATC or airfield operations would be in constant dialogue with met.

this thing just rattled the windows... heading out into the north sea by the looks of things... pretty sure it did the same thing last friday lunchtime too.

Canny few planes heading east just south of Sunderland this afternoon, not one has showed up on flight radar.
 
Spotted a Eurofighter heading south, relatively low over Chester-le-street yesterday afternoon. Been a while since I've seen one in the flesh.

Was an atlas went north yesterday from brize norton and then c17 from newcastle this morning. Had a typhoon do a low pass over chester not long after dinner

A number of the military ones don’t show up on FR24. Better off using this website if you can’t see them
