Flight radar watchers...

Looks like the outbound 20:40 BA Flight taxied but is stuck at the end of the runway.IMG_0141.png
Baggage handlers will be happy, nothing to unload and getting paid.

I've just drove from Washington to Sunderland and there's black ice everywhere after that rain/sleet. It looks like a hold while they get the runway gritted and checked

Newcastle is still short staffed on air controllers aren’t they? Anyone know?

If planes don’t get into our airspace by a certain time and make contact with the tower, they get diverted. Haway the piss break

Looks like AFR1558 has tried RW07 and now they're having a go at RW25

Edit - FR24 says it's holding at 21000ft

Do they never divert Newcastle flights to Teeside? It’s nearer

It's a lovely approach into Edinburgh. Unfortunatley for those Ryanair passengers they're coming into RW06 so the won't come in over the Firth of Forth, and they'll have to get back to Newcastle at midnight because they flew Ryanair

It looks like Air France are waiting for Newcastle to sort out the runway while Ryanair have said fuck it, it'll be cheapr to take them to Scotland

Probably charge them for the coach back to Newcastle as well.

This Paris flight is going to have to make a decision soon. Done 10 laps of Newcastle!

The Glasgow to Bristol flight is even worse. Passengers must be going Dizzy! (Edit - landed now)

No planes in the Liverpool airspace
