Unfit but I could go in goal.
I run between 40 to 50 km per week so class myself as fairly fit.
At my sons football teams training session last week the parents were asked to join in.

Alright Rodwell lad.Nearly fit! I was playing football 3 times a week until Christmas and have been dogged by injury since. A few weeks and I should be back up to speed.
