Oh, feck, feck, feck. This is looking like a traditional England First Test. And what do you know? Buttler having to play in rescue mode!

If Pope has anywhere near the test career Ian Bell did then he'll be very, very good. Bell was a fantastic player. The best cover driver I've seen since Gower.
 
Not criticising any players in this game, it’s class it’s on but they’ve had no cricket for like 3 months

Think pundits need to calm down on pope a bit; he’s a good talent who will go far but praise has been over the top, let’s just let him me

He has a lot of bottom hand in his technique, that could be an issue
