Really want to go this after being unable to go the Pop Recs one. Hopefully be off work for it.
Just got my tickets. Fantastic.
If anyone looked at my diary I'd be in Frankland that nightIm sure the booking agent for the firestation looks at my diary and says book that night, that'll piss him off!
Just booked Hal Cruttenden in January, missus birthday so have some nosebag somewhere first.
Me too. Think Boro match has been moved to the Sunday which is handy.Just booked Hal Cruttenden in January, missus birthday so have some nosebag somewhere first.
Richard Hawley the best gig I've seen there yet. Absolutely tremendous. Shame there was a gobshite woman trying to spoil it for everyone else but otherwise a great night.
Totally agree with this, I've seen him a number of times over the years and have always been impressed. But this was easily the best gig I've seen from him and he did genuinely come across that they were blown away by the reception they got from the Firestation audience. Here's hoping for a return gig...The atmosphere was absolutely fantastic. Hawley and the band were clearly genuinely impressed, wasn't just the standard cliched 'You've been a great audience' patter. Word will spread.
Yeah Rich Hall last week was impressed .You can tell ,those little looks to his sidekick on the guitar to say wtf ! this is good !I know for a fact several of the acts have been blown away by the setup, acoustics and general layout of the venue like. Whoever was behind it all deserves a medal the size of a bin lid. It's fast becoming an absolute jewel in the town's crown imo.
BD boy tickets sorted this morning
Cant remember that gig and i went to most of them ?Got mine too.
Really looking forward to it I saw them at Pop Recs in Fawcett Street and they were quality.
