Ferg on Keano

Couldn't make it to that one, was absolutely gutted when I realised as it looked like going down to the final day to see if we were going up, then relieved when Palace beat Derby the week before, then gutted again when we won 5-0 and won the league.

Biggest sickener was seeing the videos of that day, looked brilliant.
My two regrets from that season are not being at West Brom and Cardiff. Both were top at the time and we beat both. Cardiff was supposed to be like the 70's and 80's with loads of the 'old lads' coming out of 'retirement' for the day. Not that hooliganism is my thing but it was supposed to be a good day. Must be one of the last times our fans stood anywhere (Peterborough in the cup apart).

Why criticize players who brought you huge success?

Then quipped 'What would he have said if we won nowt?':lol:

Also said sarcastically 'Not sure how many book he has done now'

Read that in his tone of voice and everything.:lol:

Do like Keane as a pundit mind. Obviously doesn't get to offer any tactical analysis in the limited time you get with ITV, but there's no bullshit with him, says exactly what he thinks.

Superb from Keano, didn't pull any punches. Sounds like Fergie has had a few cheap digs to sell a book. I expected better from him to be honest
