Same for me. I bought new seats and cancelled the auto renewal of my old ones. Just been sent a confirmation email for my old seats.

Tried to call the ticket office...of course, no answer.

Yep.

Mine was due to auto renew and I’m keeping it, but I’ve received nothing.

However, my son’s couldn’t auto renew because he’s under 16 and I didn’t renew that, yet I’ve received confirmation of that one.

Yeah same here

I had three on the direct debit and one which I paid for out right.

I've had the email to say I've renewed the three on DD and I can no longer manually renew them on the account. I can only manually renew the one I paid for outright.

I turned auto renewal off ages ago.
