The thing people often forget is that, because we have so many young players, they are all naturally improving as they gain experience. So even without additional signings, many of our squad are 10-20% better than they were this time last year. It's a huge benefit of having a young squad. Considering our off-field issues last season, combined with us having nothing to play for and eventually completely trailing off, it's no surprise we under achieved. The improvement of our kids (Jobe is a prime example, looks a lot stronger and fresher than last year), combined with the improved coaching and, hopefully, the feeling we have something to play for, will result in a much better league position.
