Fair enough. I was told the club asked a former player to look at bringing an Australian in and Hilfenhaus was touted but it didn't happen.

Interestingly if you looked at the table before the Notts game it looked very bleak but one win for us and a defeat or two for others make for far more healthy reading. Beat Middlesex next week and we could be almost out of trouble with games running out for the others. Mind you we havent done very well at Lords recently. Beaten in little more than 3 days last year.

I'll snap the hand off that offers us a draw at Lords like. Northants is the biggy, a definite result required there - time will tell, we need to get a good result tomorrow first though ...
