Any normal fan , after seeing how he set up last night and the team picked would have said
"f***ing hell not this shit again "

But no , not these FSW worshippers , lapping it up. Even the small amount of mags who attended concentrated on Jordan Pickford and Adam Johnson most of the game

Backs to the wall negative , defensive chronic football and singing about us.
f***ing hell man they are actually pittiful

It’s all they’ve got to distract themselves from the shit show being played out in front of them. It’s a statement of who and where they are.

Would the style of football change if Benitez was given £50 million?

Would they challenge the top 4 if he was given £100 million?

Would they win the league if he was given £200 million?

If the answer to all three questions is 'no' perhaps Ashley has a point.

N. B. No real idea about the figures btw, just plucked out of the air.

This is the thing. If and when thry are taken over and he's backed, if the style of football doesn't change what does the Jawdee Nashun do then? As you've said previously, they've painted themselves into a corner with him.

Rafa is doing a lot of good work destroying their 'Entertainers' tag ;)

We gave O'Neill millions, nowt changed. Not necessarily making a direct comparison, but still. In fact, if anything things got worse.

Why would any safc not enjoy the mags struggling in the premier league. We've been there many times and it's f***ing depressing :D

Most mags are sick as fuck, they hate the owner the football under benitez is depressing and they win very rarely

Seriously what's not to like

Why would any Mag not enjoy Safc being in the Third Division?

Fat Sam is the excuse

Guess big clubs should expect it when the smaller clubs come to town

Like your game at Anfield last year then. And plenty others over the years. Rafa was right about Everton.

You wouldn't but I'm enjoying watching my team compete and win, sorry if it annoys you :lol::lol:

Not true.
11th when he got sacked with 26 points from 21 games. 1.24 points per game.
On course for 47 points over the season.
When he was sacked he had won two games out his final 13.
But obviously you know all that and the context of things at the time

Which was 2 places above where you had finished the previous season so progress was being made.

Rafa is currently below where Yous finished last season and playing desperate football.

Aye righto. Competing in the Third Division. Sunderland. True its what it is. But its also shameful and embarrassing. Why not just drop further down the League. You would win even more games.

Take those points on board but Rafa is doing a worse job than Sam was doing and he has had a few seasons to develop and maintain a solid premier league side by now, he hasn't brought any youngsters through to my knowledge also... imo like ;)

By 'a few seasons' you mean the one in which he finished 10th and the current one which is only 15 games in.
