England vs India (fourth test) The Oval

Said it last match, but think Robinson is better than Broad.

Quite similar bowlers, so that's why I single out Broad, rather than other options.

Been a while since we had a seamer who came in and looked so immediately natural in Test cricket.
Broad was our best bowler in 2020 though.

Whose to say broad fit and firing doesn't do better than Robinson this summer.

He's never been as economical as this. Not seen many Broad session figures like Robinson's this morning...8 overs, 1-8, with six maidens? The lad just looks to have control and bounce sorted. That'll give him more of a chance in Australia, certainly.

Not saying Broad isn't incredible, on his day he's the best bowler in the world. Hard to imagine Robinson ever bowling spells of the like Broad will be long remembered for - nobody else has in an England shirt, ever, really. But as a percentage cricketer, Robinson looks some player to me.

You'd probably play all three this summer, if it goes ahead. Fuck pace.
