I never like bowling first. If we get them out for 78 again though I'll be delighted to be wrong.

As for the Pope or Lawrence quandry, it's like choosing which lump of chod you want to step in. Relieved to see Woakes in for Curran though

Ashwin is a lot better than Jadeja so yeah you’d drop him. Guessing they’ve went Jadeja for his batting but Ashwin has 5 test 100s

I think Kohli feels forced to keep Jadeja because the other bowlers are so useless with the bat. Ashwin isn't bad with it, but Jadeja is supposedly a proper batsman.
