You're wasting your time bashing straw men. He isn't psychologically strong enough for the role given to him at this time, throwing him in the deep end doesn't help him. Buttler or Bairstow should have played. Let him play a Lions tour to build up a bit of character as a batsman.

He’s stood up to enough occasions in his career so far to get his stats up to call-up level. He’s also been in the bubble for a year.

Can’t believe people will write a bloke off so early.
