Do you mean other countries like us, or just they don't hate us ?I think that perception is mainly from within the UK.
Swiss? Can't do much damage with a pen knifeApart from the Salvation Army, I can't think of any non-murderous armies tbf.
By the time they get past the toe nail clippers, the long nose pliers and the ear wax picker there’d be nothing left of themSwiss? Can't do much damage with a pen knife

I was in Krakow last weekend and I found British people are highly regarded, respected, and very welcome. The Poles also applauded our anthem last time we played them over there.
I think around 10% of the RAF were Polish.
No the perception that they hate us is mainly a view held by people from here.Do you mean other countries like us, or just they don't hate us ?

Average age tonight mid fifties. They won't. The only problems tend to be when there's a match at a decent "lads weekend" location and you get a load going across just for the piss up. This won't be like that, there'll be absolutely no bother at all
The Portuguese love us (sort of). Got bought a drink in coimbra years ago because of how we helped them out against the Spaniards 300+ years agoNice to read that not every other country thinks we're massive arseholes.
It'll also be because we declared war on Germany to defend their independence. The Poles also applauded our anthem last time we played them over there.

Been Sopot mate?Me and the wife had a few nights 3 years ago in Pristina and they are fantastic people! I would highly recommend it for a few days away! We found it cheap to eat and drink and had a great time. Poland is also a great place to visit and we go to Gdansk once a year as it's cheaper than a weekend away in this country.
I have a couple of times it's very nice in the summer. I love Gdansk and the gulf is nice and peaceful!Just got back.
Great trip and everyone enjoyed the hospitality shown by the locals.
No issues at all.
Probably draw Serbia now in the next group campaign
