Wonder if Cook is having second thoughts tonight? I suspect he'll be back for the Ashes TBH.

The problem is mate that he is batting without pressure now that he is packing in and not worrying about his place because he knows that he is not going to be there. We were saying during this series that his strength was always his mentality over classical technique and he admitted that that part of his game has been bled dry.

I do think the way he's played this Test has a lot to do with a release of pressure tbh.
