If you're chasing a challenging total in two sessions you send pinch hitter not a blocker out to bat, then bring in the blocker if it's going tits up. E.g. Stokes and Buttler coming out to bat against WI last year.
Not necessarily. You decide whether you have a reasonable chance in any event. I think England are at the stage where if they went out to bat after lunch they will simply try to survive and would play the batsmen in their natural order. Too much to lose by changing the batting order around and lose on the back of it.
 
I think India are a couple of lofty blows over the ropes from guaranteeing themselves a draw. The likelihood of England chasing down 3 an over against their attack on day 5 with Burns, Sibley and Hameed occupying the top three spots is slim.
There could always move to order and then if there lose a couple of wickets then play for the draw
