Eng vs India - First Test - 20th-24th June

The football type cricket fan posting all over bbc saying he's a disgrace, arrogant, needs dropping etc. It was a poor approach given the situation but no one moans when he finds a boundary first ball so....
tbf to the reactors on here, they are human and are disappointed. This has been the best test i've seen for a long time...even though i've been at bloody work

Think it's partly because of what I alluded to earlier, I don't carry the partisan approach typically found in football. Yes I want England to win but I can enjoy Test Matches that we lose. And India coming back into it again has made it more exciting.

Ha'way man! Don't get me wrong, I love the drama. But I would've preferred an easy 7-8 wicket win every day of the week.

I live/work in Scotland and I’ve been trying to explain for a while how good cricket is to my Scottish colleagues

Managed to convert a few to T20 only.

Anyway I got a message today saying this has been so exciting!
Just had the argument with my Scottish manager earlier about it and he just wouldn't budge on it being boring.

Irony being the reason I like cricket is my Scottish dad but then he spent some of his first 18 years in County Durham.

Spreading the Lord's name? I like it.
That's the result doesn't really matter, cricket is the winner.
Steady on fella! This is India we're playing!
