Big test for Carse,Tongue and Bashir. Hopefully Stokes is able to bowl 20 odd overs too.

The amount of times he got dropped early in hist first 20-30 innings was something like 50%.
Once players started taking the catches his average halved.

Khawaja can't handle extreme pace now
Konstas will be hit or bust every innings
Smith is still a quality player
Green is a good number 6 and a canny bowler
Head is a Warner style threat
Carey is a good wicketkeeper but don't think he should hurt you
Webster looks like a prospect batting but his bowling offers little.

Cummins will be the big threat I'm the bowling.
Starc will be hit and miss
Hazelwood I don't see staying fit for 5 tests and just needs to be seen off.
Boland will be 36 not sure how he will be in home conditions

Can see a scenario where Carse is an overseas bowler but not a banker at home.
Wonder if they will be pushing Bethell yo work on his bowling to try and squeeze him in at 7 as an all rounder.
Big match for Tongue and think Bashir needs to bowl well.
Good to have pressure on places but the places injured need to be firing and fit for the Ashes
