I love that quote. So apt to many sports on TV nowadays - too much talking not enough sportThese interviews are as dull as f**k.
In the words of Brian Clough, 'Shut up and show more football.'

Show is still piss poor imho. Presenter has canny Eartha's and pins but on close inspection her complexion could be better. Don't suppose many will have been focusing on her skin texture .

It's what happens when you have four pundits and sometimes even two co commentators as well as the main commentator and the presenter, too many cooks all trying to get their oar in just to justify the daft wages they get, I just wish they'd go for a less is more policy...I love that quote. A little less conversation , a little more action pleaseIt's what happens when you have four pundits and sometimes even two co commentators as well as the main commentator and the presenter, too many cooks all trying to get their oar in just to justify the daft wages they get, I just wish they'd go for a less is more policy...
Yeah what was that all about ?, seemed to be loads of adverts , then each time they came back they were at Plymouth again , nothing against either team, but why the over the top coverage of a fairly insignificant game....Format is rubbish. I like Plymouth and have connections but to keep going back for more interviews was just boring.
We just want to see the rest of the games. And the presenter’s not the star of the show, the football is.
Think they should have shown Hume's cross field ball, & whilst I don't like some of the forensic analysis, the Colin Murray version of this programme was far better, couple of interviews & checking out of shit/controversial decisions. As the commentator said Clarke's goal executed to perfection.
