Could do with some insider knowledge on what parts of these areas are worth avoiding and where is best to live.

The only poster I can think of who lives around there is banned at the minute so can't PM. Could do with speaking to London's finest Sebasaurus II.

2 minutes walk to tube... number 8 bus along roman road t Bethnal green and Shoreditch in 10 minutes.

Stratford was a bit strange the only time I was there. Got the impression it was a pure shit hole with a makeover.

I can afford it, it was more expensive to rent in West London. I'm just asking for some personal experience of the area so I can avoid the shitter parts.
