Dylan McGeough

Can anybody tell me what his actual strengths are? He’s one of the biggest cowards I’ve seen play for this club.
Runs towards the opposition as tho he's going to tackle then stops. Also makes a wide arc run to close anyone down instead of the shortest route. Con artiste.

If our academy can't 'produce' a kid that is better than McGeouch then every single coach that works there should be sacked

Fuck knows what's going on with Mumba. Thought he was one of our better players against Charlton on the opening day last season, by all accounts he generally did canny in his Checkatrade games as well yet he's played 2 minutes of first team football in the league since last August.

Not suggesting he'd be our saviour by any stretch but if he can't get anywhere near the squad whilst the likes of McGeouch and Leadbitter are starting regularly then it's obvious Ross has no faith in him at all for whatever reason.

I wasnt there yesterday but focussed on Mcgeogh at the MK dons game. As long as he had a sunderland player in direct sight of him he could find his pass to feet. I would say around half a dozen occasions he tried to play people in, over the top or through a channel and he found the opposition every time. Not a very good midfielder at all im afraid

think people are being a bit too hard on him mcgeouch is the crispest passer in the team get more dynamic players around him and his value will shine through
