Serious concern for the end half of the CC campaign unless we strengthen our attackSomerset strolling to victory here.
Just text you the same. Captain stood about 10 yards away from him. Not goodMinto just dropped an absolute dolly but no one has gone to give him a pat on the back.
Another reason for me why Lees shouldn't be captain. You learn more about leaders when things go wrong. Anyone can be a skipper when things are going well for the team/an individual.Just text you the same. Captain stood about 10 yards away from him. Not good
Agree - my views on Lees as a captain are well documented.Another reason for me why Lees shouldn't be captain. You learn more about leaders when things go wrong. Anyone can be a skipper when things are going well for the team/an individual.
oh well.. Yorkshire v Nottinghamshire it isOver in under 3 days, meh
From a position of strength Durham’s play disintegrated rapidly and fell apart like a tower of cardsPitiful that. Absolutely pitiful.
Beat the league leaders last week and then serve up that tripe.
Yes,just as well we've now got a break from CC. Irresponsible batting in that 1st innings with Gay,Robinson and Bedingham all out to loose shots when we should have been consolidating. Accumulating all the 1st day and getting another 50-70 runs and could have had Somerset following on in the 2nd day under testing conditions and won convincingly. Forecast indicated that 1st day would be the best batting conditions. Small measures, big differences.Very disappointing. I know a few are pointing at the second inning score and quite right too, but the bowling effort to allow them to chase down 264 for three wickets was pitiful too. The team seems to have fallen apart.
