Same squad of 15 as last couple of matches and would expect the same line up.
Looks like this could be a match where spin plays a significant role in deciding who wins. Pity we don't have another front line spinner to go with Trevaskis and Steele.

I am really struggling to call Trevaskis and Steel "front line spinners".

Yes I didn't quite word that properly. I was meaning a front line spinner to go with Steele and Trevaskis who are slow bowlers.
Yes but Lancs haven't exactly got front line spinners apart from perhaps Parkinson. It's more pace off the ball and variation. Unfortunately Coggers and Carse don't appear to have worked this out yet.
Will Badger be our mystery spinner next year?

Watching Lancs last night they have plenty of slow bowling options of various types. I was quite impressed with Livingston last night although his figures don't look great. I thought he had given up on his bowling but he certainly turned it bowling leg spin to the right handers orthodox spin to the left handers.
As far as Coggers and Carse go both been disappointing especially compared to Potts who is bowling wicket to wicket and getting his rewards.

Yeah, they had 4 spinners last night albeit one was Croft who only bowled one over. That delivery from Root for the stumping though, where did that come from??

The cricinfo match reporter called Trevaskis 'wily' in his report after the last match. Not sure we've ever had a home grown spinner who is 'wily' before!

This Lancs cameraman is really pissing me off. f***ing about with the angles as the ball is being bowled.

We’ll have to bowl well, especially the spinners - but it is a worn pitch.
