i think you misinterpret [sp?] what cook ment.

you have to earn your spot sure, its just that when you do you dont have to prove your worth keeping it. muchall's form at the start of last season was great

That was well over a year ago, should have fuck all to do with what is happening now.

The lad has had 11 innings and is averaging under 10 runs which is an absolute disgrace.

I was at the members Q&A and the way Cook spoke is exactly how Brandon describes it.

Despite our win at the weekend I still think Cook is scared to drop certain faces.

i think your sarcasm radar is on the blink marra;-)

Jennings still doesn't play

Stoneman (c), Muchall, Singh, Stokes, Myburgh, Richardson, Blackwell, Coughlin, Brathwaite, Claydon, Wood

Keaton Jennings is absent after a delay to his registration. An interpretation of his status, as he played first class cricket in South Africa last winter, means an interview process is required. Scott Borthwick is rested due to a knee problem.

surely that cant be right with wood as number 11? i thought he was an allroudner and has had some canny knocks this year :-?

anyone know owt about coughlin? dont have my yearbook to hand ;-)

Muchall fails again.

That's 115 runs from 12 innings now. Average of 9.58

Geoff Cook sitting in the stands, almost head in hands as Muchall walks off.

Cook needs to get him dropped then.

Blackwell gone as well for 0, not doing himself any favours.

75-5

Is it another bad wicket or are we getting out with daft shots?

It will be a bit of both, I don't agree with just blaming the wicket when some of the daft shots I've seen this season have been ridiculous.

Richardson out for 21
Myburgh out for 34

Hopefully going down tomorrow if the rain keeps away.

Looking forward to watch Cowan play, as he will be opening the batting in the Ashes next season.

Good effort by Singh, Stoneman, Myburgh, Richardson, Brathwaite and Coughlin with the bat.
