I’m here this weekend annoying both games away!

I know it’s not for everyone but it’s important for the club that we start doing well in t20, it’s how we can get people through the door

We just need to play a better brand too

Not sure what to make it this campaign coming up. Am I excited? Nope. Do I really care about it? Not really. I'm a little concerned with our fast bowling options hence I'd like to see some first teamers wrapped up in cotton wool ahead of the next red ball game in June. It's a fine line though as families will want to be entertained and the loud mouth drunks will want to see some entertainment. Personally I'd like to see the younger players given opportunities. Last year we kept rolling out the same dross every game. Bushnell, Gibson, Mcadlindon, Killeen, Drissell I hope all play. Trevaskis and Sowter will obviously play. I'd like to see Lees rested for McKinney. Glover also should be in the mix to play. It's a tough call for Campbell as we are in such a good place in the red ball cricket but at the same time people are paying good money to watching entertainment slap bang cricket.

I can’t agree he marra although I understand you’re a CC man so I can totally understand why you want this

Last year was terrible but we have some really good cricketers, they’ve proved that

The likes of Lees, Robinson, Jones and Beds are here as they are all formats, we don’t have the budget to carry red ball only players

Potts n Carse won’t play so that sorted the seamers out

I think we really need to go for this, it’s important for the club, probs most financially let’s be honest

I understand where you are coming from but that ain't happening at Durham or any other county. For some counties the sesdon starts now.
Benks post match comments where very interesting today saying they could have played some of their previously injured players but decided against it and they have been netting instead. Basically prepare for t20 campaign.

Yeah totally get that but you know what I'm like 😂. I think we will see a mixture for the first few games.

To me it looks like a maximum 2 positions up for grabs but probably only 1 if there is no Coggers or Potts with Carse already out.

Looks like a top 6 of
Clark
Lees
Robinson
Bedingham
Turner
Jones
Not sure what order they will bat.
De Leede will play as his strong suit is t20. Raine Trevaskis and Souter

Has Turner signed?
yes
I put this in the wrong thread...... again!

for me... Lees, Clark, Turner, Bedders, Robbo, McKinney, Bas (Coggers if fit or if Bas is away), Trev, Raine, Glover, Sowter

I might even be tempted to wrap Bedders up in cotton wool for the CC, if we are allowed to play Ajaz. I always like pace off the ball in T20

Just seen today they are selling car parking for £3 in advance, print at home/show on mobile, or £5 on the day

Surely Jones gets a gig though?

I'd like McKinney in there too mind, its tricky

Durham v Notts on Sky Sports Cricket next Monday
always looks better when its on TV, replays in the Ground, zings etc, kids love it, First game i took the wife to was a televised game and the time after she asked where all the "razzmatazz" had gone

To be honest i hope Durham add a little more "production" to T20 games like other counties have and not rely on sky to bring it with them
