Paul Nixon is a County legend. A total enthusiast for the game.
Plus as a Cumbrian - his natural home is at Durham CCC.
Cumbrians are our best players. The latest being Stanley McAlindon who is destined for the top.
At Northamptonshire we're in the same boat. Nixon has done very well at Leicestershire and despite the fact that we are rivals I always enjoy my visits to Grace Road. Hopefully they can join us in division one soon, or more likely we might be joining them !
