We have a dress down day every day. So much better just rocking up in what you want to wear rather than putting on some crappy trousers and shirt that you ordinarily just wouldn't wear.

It's work. Go dressed for work. I don't get this desperate desire to express your individuality by dressing the same as everybody else in a slightly different way to the manner that you're already dressing the same as everybody else.
