Fair play to Donald for going on the show at short notice. That took some guts. He got better the longer the interview went on but the early answers and soundbites were very ropey. Needs listening to a few times to try and work out what he was getting at during certain parts.

It seems accidental but neither him nor Charlie can give a straight or coherent answer on the ownership structure of the club. I'd like to think it was as simple as SAFC is owned by Madrox which is owned by those three, but it never comes across as that clear. Saying SAFC is in no debt but Madrox is doesn't make sense to me when the only business Madrox has is SAFC

I thought he got far better as it went on. He seemed extremely nervous at the start.
 
I been a naysayer about SB. I think I gave him the benefit of the doubt till Jan transfer window. I am still at the point of not renewing but things can change
 
Him and Methven need to get together and get their propaganda on the same wavelength.

We were told we were talking shite, there was never a takeover, it was always an investment. Some posters on here even sided with them on this.
Now SD goes on the radio and admits there actually was a takeover on the table but the offer was way below what they wanted.

They’ve been caught in a lie, and basically called the fans liars as well.

He spoke some sense tonight, but on the whole I think he’s blown it. A lot of fans aren’t going to trust him.

I don’t think he’s out to screw the club over, I think he has the best of intentions. He’s just out of his depth so far and needs to work on his PR.
 
Sorry- people on hear must be very quick. Too quick for old codgers like me. I honestly thought I would be one of the first to post on this topic. What do I know?

It’ll be the way they r got the entities set up and a way to protect to his personal wealth and business portfolio should Madrox go pop.

I didn’t like the call at first as he had a huffy nibble at the fans when saying they wanted the Americans in. He needs to chill out.
