Have to say he’d be looking for trouble if he held on for his own interests rather than doing what was best for the club. He owns it yes, but he’s a custodian, they come and go, it’s our club, those that were there before and will be there long after him.

I think this. I think he’s offering to stay A to possibly make money from his investment and B to keep the ship stable but I think he’s desperate to lose the difficulty of managing a post parachute payment Sunderland

That is reassuring, but the company that they have registered isn't actually a company but does anything but try to purchase SAFC presumably, so there would be no problem registering it during negotiations only to have it wind up or lie dormant if negotiations fall through?

It also wouldn't give much good will if they asked to register a company at that address and the company they are trying to take over said no?

Same happened with the mags takeover though, the company got registered then it didn't happen.

They didn’t register it to St James Park though, I’ve no idea about this stuff but GOM seems to be saying they couldn’t have used the SOL as the address without SD’s permission or it would be fraud

Difference is it was registered at an address in London. FFP company is registered at the Stadium of Light. This requires either ownership or permission from the owner to register at the address.
Meaning Stewart Donald will have had to give FFP permission to register the company there. It's a little more serious than the Sheikhs

Was meaning more it's no indicator that its as good as done. Donald has specifically called that claim out.

Yet is being ignored along with possibly other stuff that was said behind the scenes that couldn't/still can't be said on here and I knew about that Mags thing last month.
