Given no one knows the time lines of negotiations let alone the final outcome bar a few people involved - it's amazing how many knackers on here can look at a single tweet and decide its not happening and start attacking other posters or the club because of their version of the 'truth'.

In any business deal until it’s done there’s always a chance it doesn’t happen , even if it is 98% there Donald is right to manage the fans expectations. I don’t doubt what some have heard we just got a bit carried away with t shirts etc and pleased Donald has come out with this
 
You can’t really argue with SD here. There’s clearly interest in the club but a lot of work to be done to achieve the deal. It’s unhelpful for him when certain people spread “gossip” on forums. Most people don’t tend to gossip in real life (and if they do the are dicks) as they know there is comeback. It’s different on the internet when everyone is anonymous, however some people clearly get their kicks from forum-based adoration.

No he cant. He doesn't need to say anything at all tbf. "Not quite as advanced as people make out." "We will know 1 - 2 weeks".

The perception most people had was this was almost done. That's not the case. It now comes across that is more likely to happen than not but there is doubt when perhaps there wasnt before.

Or maybe like Donald has said and couldn’t explain anymore that it wasn’t as close as some people were saying but it’s ongoing and might 1 or 2 weeks away

people don’t gossip in real life? Is this serious? It happens in every aspect of life, from all strands of society and on a wide range of issues.

this isn’t a modern phenomenon. It’s happened since the dawn of time. Even the dinosaurs gossiped man. And not just the wanker dinosaurs either

Forgery would be the correct terminology. As it has been pointed out many times, setting up a new company on companies house is inexpensive. Whilst encouraging, the new company at present is a facilitator for the transfer of shares should the takeover complete, until that transfer takes place it is currently worthless.

Aye mate there’s been a new corporate structure created in the US and here for the sole purchase of buying the club, but it’s all off now. Gutted tbh.

sd/ the club will have spent a fortune on legal costs too. I don’t believe it would have reached this point if either side weren‘t happy with any deal
