Our second little girl…coming to live with us in a few weeks.

Ted would be a good babysitter ❤️
I’ll keep the address secret from you puppynappers, but this was the scene when we went to choose her 😍

Bloody hell. Just lovely ❤️
All their little lives ahead of them. Just hope they all get decent owners.
My little darling is one of these, I haven’t a scooby which one she is!😆

Lovely ❤️

We’ve had to take mr chuckles to the vets today, he was fine tea time last night then a few hours later we noticed he wouldn’t stand up and when he eventually did, he was very unsteady and uncomfortable, still the same this morning, refused to come see me when I walked through the door which is very, very unusual for him, hopefully it’s nowt to serious. He jumped off the sofa a couple of years ago and caused some ligament/tendon damage, hoping it’s only something similar.
He’s built like a brick shit house but has noodles for legs so easy to land awkwardly and cause some damage when he’s jumping up/down from a sofas I suppose…

Hopefully that’s all it is anyway…

I don't know if anyone ever uses this SMB feature, but in the top right of the post you can bookmark any post.

They are not straight forward to find again, but click on your name on the very top right, get your profile pulldown to appear and then there is a second tab marked Bookmarks.

When I'm having a really crap day, I'm going to keep revisiting this post.

Aww…glad to be of service to you all. I’ve already got people at work asking if she can be a therapy dog for them :)

I forgot how much work a puppy is 🤣 cane corso so I say puppy but he’s pretty big already at about two months old. I can’t wait to get his second round of jabs he’s dying to go for walks. I’m spending a fortune on puppy pads as he shites about six times a day 🤣 he’s pretty good at going to the back door to wee and pop so we shouldn’t find it too hard to get him to tell us about needing the loo. Trying to stop him nibbling on hands and stuff as it’s cute now but that won’t last and I don’t want him growing thinking it’s ok to bite.

We were offered another puppy from the breeder and it would have been Cassie’s nephew. We gave it a bit of thought and remembered the first few months which were hard work, but obviously worth it now.
However the original buyers changed their minds again and decided to buy it after all. So we didn’t have to make a definitive answer.
It is like having kids, not always easy but worth it, most of the time.

We’ve got her daughter and boyfriend living with us atm and they were all buzzing to get him till he started being a puppy 🤣 I said it’s easy being a flyby visitor but when you live with a puppy 24/7 they can be a lot of work at the start. It’ll be a lot easier when he is allowed out. Nice little walk a few times a day plus the puppies mother lives next door so he will be walking in a pack of dogs from time to time too. I said it’s about getting them use to noises, smells, people etc as the last thing you want is a 14st dog that is scared and reacts.

Am I section and a couple of hundred quid later snd chuckles seems to be ok, they think he’s sprained his right front and back legs, they also suspect he has the onset of arthritis, he’s 7 this year and she reckoned it’s quite common around this age, he’s also needs to lose a couple of kg’s so I’ll have to cut back a bit on the scran he eats,

Hopefully he’s alright now. He’s walking about now which is an improvement on yesterday/this morning.
