Does Santa deliver presents to North Korea?

It’s a non religious country where all forms of Christianity are banned. Several catholic churches were constructed in Pyongyang for propaganda purposes or for foreign usage, complete with actors who pretend to be priests.

Despite this, hotels for foreigners in the country are decorated and Chrisrmas trees have been seen. I myself saw a Christmas tree stored in the hotel underground area one summer.
Aren't all priests basically actors?
