No point in getting rid of him, if there is no money to spend in the window, the next manager will have the same problems as the previous managers the truth is we are up to our necks in debt, and no one can save us this time..
 
I was starting to warm to Moyes but i have a few problems with him:
He seems to have a lot of injuries, 1.lack of player specific knowledge in training etc?
2. Terrible recruitment in august
3. Breeds negativity

We are fkd basically.

Did the ACON take him by surprise? Is that why he signed 2 Africans and kept Kone? Might have been 5 at ACON if Anichebe and Djilobodji were at it. Need to move him out the players look as pissed off as we are.

So who would do any better then working under the problems / constraints moyes is?

Don't just look at the managers that are out of work. It's been one of our failings for years. pay them enough and they'll come. Might need to sacrifice a high earner to achieve it but it would be worth it imo.

We've got no money, do you really think short will pay a massive compo to moyes and compo to get a manager from another club?

Even if he would, why would any decent managers come here knowing we are in massive debt without money to improve a squad which is already shite and lacking quality

I'm not saying moyes is blameless, but the problems at the club are a lot deeper than the manager imo

Sell Kone, PVA, Mannone, Borini as they don't want to be here anyway. All big earners. Plenty of wriggle room for the new man.
