Disney world Florida

^^ Too young. They won’t even remember it and will be too young to go on a lot of the rides if that’s what they’re into.
They’ll enjoy meeting the characters but will enjoy it no less if they’re 8 or 9 and there’s a much greater likelihood they’ll remember it and understand what a big deal it is to go to America and visit the parks.
So you’ve got five years to save up!😁

She's been to Disney Paris in September, so she probably means that, but we are planning Florida for 2027. She will be 6 by then so while she wont be able to go on all the bigger rides she will still enjoy it and we will be going back again when she is older.

Tell it to save up their pennies, and maybe one day they will go there.
We have.

4 year old just said 'when are we going to Disney land?' 🤦‍♂️
Ideal age for first time imo.

There is about 80 rides and attractions you can do without height restrictions so not that many rides they won’t be able to ride in Disney world parks unless they’re closed.

I'd say 4 is fine for Disney Paris. At that age they wont really be able to tell the difference between Paris and Orlando yet you have to entertain them for the long flight.

I'd agree with this. And go out of season too to save even more - pick a quiet time with low queues - no school fines either going Mon-Wed or similar.

Never too young. There's something for every age.

IMO of course 😂

the school fines is why we are planning on doing Florida over a half term, probably Feb or May. Should still be fairly quiet and that should limit the time off school to a week.

Have you already been fined? If not just get fined. You get two before court

Here at the minute with a 4yo and 9yo and there's more than enough. She's over the 40" height so can do plenty of the rides. Also, might still be the case when she's older but the magic of the frozen stuff seems geared towards the younger ages.
We've done MK, HS, AK and at Epcot today. Staying on site and being able to go first thing then back on a night is great too.

Enjoy!

Disney tickets are a great price again for next year atm! Decent Black Friday deals, cheapest seems to be here this time:

Plenty of “perks” as well which can help with discounts on dining etc.

Book market that site for next year. Come in a bit cheaper than ATD for the freedom type pass.

Looking at going back summer 27. Be our daughters second time, son will be a month or so under 2. Which means he'll cost nowt! Thinking we might as well get off Disney for nowt while we can.

Whats the youngest age people have had their kids there?

Took the eldest when she was a couple of months off 3, same thought as you had re: Free.
Was great, we had a great time. But she didn't remember it beyond having the pictures up in her room - she remembers it because of the pictures if you know what I mean?
Then took them all to DLP when the twins were 3.5 and tbh it was too cold for them (went in Jan, which we love, but the littlun's couldn't get warm).

2 is what it is. There's always things to do, and plent of things you wouldn't notice especially for the little ones that you don't know unless you read up in advance, like activity stations in Epcot, play parks etc.

Aye we took our daughter when she was 4, she loved it. Managed to get on plenty of rides etc.
Plus we got pics with pretty much every character. Which we'd never really done when it was the 2 of us.

Thinking we can split off to do rides with our daughter as well if needed. We'll stay at Disney again, which makes it a touch easier getting about.

Loads of our mates have been to DLP, I've never fancied it for the reason you say. Wouldn't seem right being in Disney and not sweating my back off
