Disney world Florida

Not sure I mentioned, but you know how there was always that thing that cars in the states are huge.
Its got way way way worse. I just didn't expect the cars to be the size they were. Its insane.

We had a 7 seater Crysler thing, which by our standards is a big people carrier. No. It was dwarfed by 80% of the cars out there. Madness.

Good deal that, though.
Ive an escape here aka a kuga

Uber XLs came with your own leather armchair.

When we did San Francisco to LA our car wasn't ready initially (it was hired as 'mid size' as there was only two of us), so they offered us something bigger but we said no and waited.

The mid size was a jeep grand cherokee. You could have fit my own car in the back of it.

First time we went we had the fast passes and a Disability pass for my son. Between the two of them we did virtually no queuing. The Disability pass allowed us to virtually queue for the long wait rides like Avatar which was great.

This time the old fast passes had gone and they changed the requirements for the Disability pass so we didn’t get one. Made a massive difference to our Disney experience.
Loads of people abused the disability pass. They now make you have a proper assessment to get one.

Ā£5.85 a pint
Ā£3.90 a costa latte
Ā£2.90 a pop
Ā£10 a cocktail

Added up quickly. Had pretty much spent the daily amount just on Costa coffee while the eldest played in sky park on a morning. ā€œSpentā€ more than imagined would with the match being on.

I can imagine. Good little spot of a 'free' coffee next to the Sky Park.

We’re back in August so I’ve added it on to that break too. No brainer. Was speaking to a fella who drinks 10 Guinness a day there. He said it would be Ā£70 a day on the pints and the band is Ā£29 a day for his break. šŸ˜‚

canny section included

It would be worth it for me and the wife, but the kids wouldn't spend anywhere near that much on drinks. We would probably just about break even.

The eldest had 5 lemonades all weekend and one mockcocktail, she’s a fizzy water fiend so I dashed down Lidl and got a couple big bottles.

Kids over 5 are normally Ā£10 a day but seems they don’t charge when you book at butlins on site.

I think some of my kids have to pay adult prices which is a bit daft, seeing as they can't drink. Actually just checked and they're all under 14 so they're still a tenner a day.
